Broken Virgin Box & cables exposed

Unable to contact someone from  Virgin to mend my Vigin Box which has come apart.  Additionally  when originally installed the installer took a short cut and laid the cable under loose gravel, this needs to be rectified and done correctly.  Please contact me.  Cas

Post up a photo or two so that when a VM person gets here in a day or two they can assess the damage.
