Broken Omnibox

Hi, my OmniBox cover for my Virgin media Broadband broke in the recent storms. I reported it about 10 days ago via the chat and was told somebody would fix it within 7 days but it’s still not fixed. Please can somebody arrange a repair for me. Thanks

I could post a picture if I knew how on here,  but cannot see a way of doing it? Any help would be appreciated.

Chat seems to be pretty useless by all accounts, try:

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I'm so sorry to hear that your Omnibox has been broken! Are you still in need of this replacing?

 

If so can you attach a picture of the damaged box?
