Hi, my OmniBox cover for my Virgin media Broadband broke in the recent storms. I reported it about 10 days ago via the chat and was told somebody would fix it within 7 days but it’s still not fixed. Please can somebody arrange a repair for me. Thanks
I could post a picture if I knew how on here, but cannot see a way of doing it? Any help would be appreciated.

Chat seems to be pretty useless by all accounts, try:
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.
