Hi, My autistic son broke our original hub 3.0. i got a replacement of ebay but it dont seem to be gathering any internet. i can connect to the hub from phone pc ect, but no internet, the light at the bottom flashes for a while then the arrows flash green then flash red!!! im lost

Only hubs supplied directly by virgin will work, you just bought a paperweight, simply phone 150 tell them the hub is faulty and they'll send you a new one for free
