Broken Brown Box

Hi,

I was just wondering the best place to go regarding fixing the brown box at the front of the house? All the wires are exposed and could lead to further issues. I called requesting a technician but was asked for £25 to cover the cost?

Post a photo of the box so VM can arrange the correct parts. It should be at no cost as it’s VM’s equipment.
