Hi I’m thinking of switching my broadband to Virgin Fibre broadband I’ve checked some good deals on line but if I go with it it’s online I get sent the hun out in the post How do I get the fibre broadband into my home ?

If your home had previously had a VM connection all the equipment should be in place. If not a technician will bring and install all the equipment. VM do not use any existing cables from BT/OpenReach.
