  • Hi I've had broadband one day and it's packed up tried ringing virgin but can't get through as don't remember my password  have no idea what my area code is Bh9 1dp  is my postcode  how do I actually speak to someone about this very disappointing  service  if I ether get to speak to someone  I'm going to be abit upset any ideas how to get through to someone without noing a password

First thing - are there any known area faults? Try using 0800 5610061 which shouldn't ask for any personal details.

If nothing's reported, then post back and others more familiar with the broadband side should be along to help.
