Broadband without phone line

just wondering how does this work I wanted my own internet in My room but my family’s internet is slow but there already have the phone line so is it possible just to have the router in my room without connecting it to the phone line for internet connection

It is possible on Virgin, you can select just broadband when making your order

with virgin media yes you can do it without a phone line if you pay the bill

VM dont use the phone line for the internet - if you have a VM phone line that will not be affected - if you have a BT line then as said VM dont use it

Only issue might be that they may actually "increase" the package price if you remove the phone line from the account.

For new customers:

M350 plus phone (Talk Weekends) costs £43pm for 12 months, then £59pm.

M350, phone and Mixit TV with TiVo 500GB box costs £39pm for 12 months, then £69pm.

So, it's best to take this latter bundle, then dump the TV and phone after 12 months or see what deal you can wangle.

its £52 all the time for 350mb its around is cheaper then getting a bundle its £8 cheaper then that and £18 cheaper without tv
