I ordered broadband on the 11th of April and I have received the order summary in email with an installation date of the 15th, which no one turned up and the email also said I'll get the contract sent over too but that hasn't happened either.
I have just been on the phone to virgin media and they can't find it at all.
Wondering if anybody can help

Sorry to see you have not had the services installed yet. Just to check have you been in contact with the pre installations team on 0800 052 1734 to find out why this has not taken place.
Also have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if the email from the team has ended up there?
