have you checked https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status ?
if not, or nothing listed then call 150 and speak to CS

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

Sorry to read you are experiencing loss of broadband connection.

 

From looking at your line, the router it showing as online with no errors. There were no faults reported on the day you posted.

 

Is the internet now working ok for you?
