Broadband kit not delivered

Hi, I ordered a self-install broadband kit however it did not arrive on the expected delivery date. Additionally, I never received a contract email after my initial order confirmation email meaning I don't have an account number to be able to log in to track my order (even though on the email it says "What happens next: We'll email you your contract"). I've tried phoning the sales team who can't help as I don't have an account. Please help
