Very sorry to hear you are having issues with your Internet service. I have checked things from here and there dosen't seem to be an obvious cause for the issue you are experiencing. If you can andwer the following few questions this may help to narrow down the cause a little:
Is this affecting both your wired and wireless connections?
When you lose connection, do all devices lose connection at the same time?
Can you also try a loop back test for me on the ethernet ports? To do this, all you need to do is plug both ends of the ethernet cable into 2 of the ports on the hub and see if the lights are showing. If you come across any that aren't lighting up, please can you let me know?
