Continuing loss of service since early June.
no service at all for first 2 and a half weeks of July.
Then it came back for a couple of days. Then up and down.
Then I get a text saying area fault was fixed (even though service status page said no service faults).
Then service back for a couple of days. Now up and down every day this week. Down for most of the day. Down again now and has been for most of the day.
still can’t get any helpful support on the phone.
Router lights: main light steady green, occasionally flashing. WiFi light steady green. internet light flashing green.
I wonder if we’ll ever get reliable service and helpful support?
service has definitely declined badly over the last year.
Can someone actually look in to and try and resolve our service fault?
Is the service lost on both WiFi and wired connections to the Hub?
Go into the Hub with a browser on 192.168.0.1. Copy the signal data and post it here.
