Our broadband was great for the first three months, but now seems incredibly unreliable. The box seems to have a flashing green light frequentky, it cuts out or drops quite often, and tonight (again) we've not been able to access a film we've already bought.
Is there anything we can do? If this is the norm it's time to change providers. One pal is saying that Virgin are trying to force people to buy boosters for additional monthly charge, which seems a scam.
Are devices connected to the Hub by ethernet cable dropping as well or is it just the wifi connected ones ? What hub is it (I assume Hub3)?
If you cant access a film - is that on a V6 or a Tivo (or another?) - if a V6 - how is that connected to the Hub ?
