My broadband service has stopped. Green lights for Power, 5g and 2g on the media hub, but up/down arrow button is flashing. Area service test indicates no wider problems, but tailored test comes back with suggestion that power is off (it isn’t!) Any suggestions please? Nick
No they wont - they never do - call again till you get a human being.
