the tech is due today, however as per our pm. here's my updated logs. still suffering lots of post rs issue and T3 timeouts

I am sure the tech will get this issue resolved for you.
Well the tech has been and gone. While my connection has improved somewhat its still having issues. The post RS errors have gone through the roof.
