Hi, 

I have signed up for Virgin Media broadband, and I have received CSS Ref number etc. 

The date of the installation was supposed to be today, but I haven't heard anything about confirmation, delivery update, or anything.

How can I find relevant information?

This is nothing new - lazy engineers and lame excuses
