Broadband Connection randomly Dropping

Hi Folks,

I've had VM for just over 1 year and it's been rock solid no issues at all. Since last Tuesday I am seeing random disconnections, sometimes the connection is fine for a day then the next day it will drop 3/4 times. I am running the SHUB 3 In Modem Mode and have made no changes to my setup.

When a disconnection occurs the modem starts to flash white and then takes around 3 minutes to go back to solid purple.

Today this I've had 4/5 disconnections in a row since 4pm. I've reset my router and SHUB multiple times and checked all cables.

I've got an engineer booked for Wednesday but was wondering if someone could take a look at my stats?

Also just a note to the mods, when ringing VM there is a really bad quality recorded message about broadband issues, the message is so badly recorded I can't hear it all, it's not my phone as I've called several times and it always distort.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with drops in service, I appreciate this must be frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

 

How did you engineer appointment go? Was the engineer able to diagnose what the drops in service are due to?
