Hi

Bought thinking we could self-install but now realised we can't. How would I go about organising an engineer/manned installation?

Phone pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday

Surely the obvious answer would be to phone Virgin and ask for a manned install?
