Hello,
I chose the quick start option for my wifi installation, the port I have in my flat is BT however and the cable doesn’t fit in. I’m trying to book an engineer to come out and sort this but the number only sends me to an automated robot where It’s asking for a password from when I set my account up which I do not have!! Is there anyway to speak to an actual person to resolve this?? Otherwise think I’ll cancel this and go with someone else.

Which number have you been calling? General CS is 0345 4541111, you may get more success from the installs direct-dial - 0800 0521734

I have looked into this on our system and can see that you have been able to get an appointment booked in to get your install completed.
