Hi - my hub was delivered on Saturday to the house I've just moved into but I don't have a Virgin Media box. I need to book an engineer appointment but it is impossible to do this online at the moment (I either get an "oops, can't find that page" or "bad request") and calling the number just rings off after waiting c20 minutes. Can you help please??

pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
