Customer services were arranging a visit as we have a phone line fault, but they cut me off. They haven't got back in touch and I'm struggling to get back through? Any ideas if they will bother getting back in touch?

Considering the amount of calls they get, I doubt they'll find the time to call back even if they did remember.
If it's not urgent, I'd try and ring in tomorrow morning at close to 8am as possible, as 8 - 10 is typically the quiet time so you should be able to get through in about 10 minutes.

Thank you for making this post regarding booking an engineer for your faulty phone line, I'm really sorry to hear that you call was disconnected. Should your call be disconnected, we advise that you give us another call back - 8am is usually the best time to call.
