Booking an engineer

Hello, I need an engineer to come and set up the cable connection. Don’t tell me to use the app as it doesn’t show me any option. How do I get an appointment?

Missing Wall Socket

Hello, I moved into a new flat and I don’t have the VM wall socket needed to plug the coaxial cable (I only have what you see in the photo). How do I get in touch with an engineer to get it done?
