I would like to book a visit from an engineer. The cable which came with my quick start package is not long enough to run around the corners of the room from the connection box to my TV, and I'd like someone to come out and sort that as I currently have the cable running across the middle of the floor. Can anyone tell me how you go about booking an appointment with an engineer?

Yes, you need to call the support line. Preferably at 08.00 before they get too busy. Make it clear you need an engineer installation as it's not worked properly. If you just ask for a visit to change things around they will want to charge you £99.
