Book Engineer to move modem

Existing customer. 

Would like to book engineer to run external cable and move modem from downstairs to upstairs.  

Doesn’t seem possible to book online.

Try as a fault.

Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
