All,

I have a block paving driveway and need to know what Virgin Media will / won't do and what I will need to do to facilitate them.

From what I understand, I will need to lift my paving blocks and provide them with a gully/trench. Will they need anymore than this from myself?

Is the install already booked in? Our engineers should be able to lift the monoblock when they come to do the pre-installation works.

thank you for the quick reply!

We are due an engineer next Wednesday 23rd to carry out the install ( never had virgin in the property).

So they wont require myself to do any kind of prep work for them ( lifting the blocks and making a trench) ?
