I need help! I need my black cable re-routing as we've had some building work done and it's now dangling in mid-air, making my connection vulnerable. Policy, however, is that it doesn't get moved unless its damaged. How do I get this resolved? Thanks in advance.

VM are doing "non-fault" call outs now, at a very reasonable £25 a pop. Try phoning in (although whether you can get through to anybody able to help I can't say), or if you hold on here, forum staff should pick this up in a day or two.
