Hello,
I had the quick start pack delivered on August 11th, moved into my new house on August 17th and the internet did not work and so a technician is coming tomorrow August 24th to have a look.
On the phone to virgin media I was told I wouldn’t be charged until I’m actually connected to the internet, however today I’ve received a bill stating I’m being charged from the 11th August.
This seems hardly fair when I’m not using the internet yet through a technical issue.
