Back button on remote

• I just received a new remote and have it paired with the TV. 

The "back" button doesn't work. 

The light on the TiVo  box lights up when I press it but nothing happens  !?   I've spent ages trying to work it out,  anyone else had this problem  ?

On my TV only the volume - channel - Mute and off buttons do anything using the VM remote!

Hi Pottyscotty,

Try pairing it with the TV again. Often more than code works for the TV.

You might need to reset the remote .Hold the TV and Clear buttons together until the light at the top of the remote flashes green twice.

Press the thumbs down button 3 times then press OK twice. 

The light at the top of the remote will flash green, after 10 seconds the remote will revert to infra red mode.
