Please help someone as the phone lines where terrible!
just placed an order for broadband and was awaiting the confirmation email with the contract in ect…
I didn’t receive the confirmation email because I accidentally miss typed my email address, therefore I can’t register to virgin media and I can’t collect my broadband kit because I don’t have the barcode.
i also don’t have account number.
Can you please try to resend the confirmation email to the original email so i can collect my kit.
