BD10 Bradford Poor Connection

Hi,

Essentially, download speeds seem OK but I've not tested properly, but packet loss goes through the roof, using VOIP makes people sound like robots and playing any online game leads to poor pings and a poor gaming experience.

We have a Virgin 3 Hub 3.0 running in modem mode connected to a Asus AC68U.

So this has has been going on for over a few months now. I started monitoring with Thinkbroadband in March see the below results.

I can post more graphs if needed. Can someone look into this please? It seems to flair up in the evenings, especially at weekends.
