I am interested to know if anyone ever actually got automatic compensation? It suspect that it is basically little better than a scam.
It took virgin 4 appointments to sort out our problem and three months. I am told to get automatic compensation I need to provide a timeline of the visits and why the work was not completed (Is it because they like to make people jump through hoops or do they just not keep any record of appointments they make?).
Very poor, I am not sure what is automatic about it, perhaps it is just automatic you don't get it 🤣
I notice Which? rates Virgin media the second worst internet provider for customer service. That sounds about right. O2 has now joined them. Oh dear.
