Hi,
just a query about what compensation I can expect if I cancel due to the installation delays? Obviously it states that the compensation if paid in bill credit but if I cancel what would I be entitled to?

In all likelihood though, VM will not willingly be forthcoming with the correct compensation money based on past topics on here. It is highly likely you will end up having to process a complaint first through VM's formal complaints system (a required formality) before taking it on to adjudication via Ombudsman Services.
