Auto compensation

Morning all.

Any body had the auto compensation for missed appointment and delay in service?

It will be 20days of no service if the preworks team and the engineer turns up on saturday.

Currently been a shambles and the call centre is dire!

Re: Auto compensation

I think it comes as credit on your bill - you dont get billed until the service is activated. See this for details.

Re: Auto compensation

Note that automatic compensation doesn't apply if its down to outside contractors. So if virgin are awaiting construction or cabling teams no compensation is due.

Re: Auto compensation

The engineer just didnt turn up on the 14th of december.

Had to buy a 4g simcard to get some internet into house.

At this rate any bill credit will last be months
