Area 30 no broadband for 2 weeks

Hello, 

 

customer services are being zero help on this. I've had no broadband for last fortnight, was allegedly to be sorted by 31/8/18..... now apparently 4/9/18. 

Anyone know what on earth is happening? I have insane upload speeds according to my speed checker, but zero download! 

When checkin the website, apparently our area/postcode is all perfectly fine!! Clearly blatant lies from vm!! Ggrrrr

the current wait is around a week from the forum staff.. Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

Hi Paultechy, 

I can't even access those links, I'm having to use my mobile data to get online at all.

I'm also not sure what your answer meant, I'm not as techy as you! :-)
