Are hubs linked to a specific address? I have been given a 2nd hub (long story) and it doesn't seem to work even though it worked previously at another address. Has the hub broken the in the meantime or will it not connect for other reasons?

Just to add you can only have one hub active on an account at any one time.

Each Hub is activated by Virgin to a specific customer account at a specific address, so it is useless anywhere else.
You cannot be 'given' a Hub because they remain the property of Virgin.
