Any way of knowing if I'll ever get Virgin?

Hello,

During the first lockdown over two years ago, Virgin put flyers through our doors to request cars be moved off the street on a certain date for the engineering works that came through to fibre up the street. I watched as surrounding streets and the opposite side of the road to me got done and waited with excitement thinking our side would be next, but alas it never happened! 

When I walk around the area now the work has well and truly finished, it appears that literally my side of the road has been singularly missed out. When I type my postcode into certain checkers, it says Virgin is available to me but when I narrow it down to house number, it's suddenly not.

Is there any way of finding out what happened and whether I'll ever be able to get fibre to the house? It was really weird to get the leaflets and watch it all go through the street only to find it's only been done for my neighbours opposite.
