Any ideas what caused this sudden drop yesterday ?

Had another sudden drop out of broadband yesterday, offshore guy didnt have much idea why this happens apart from running through his scripts.

Been getting odd periods of high latency and packet drops, unfortunately the hub is not allowing access to the stats on 192.168.100.1  (it does that sometimes)

Ok thanks 

Although I am not convinced that the problem is within my house. Apart from the large area problem that happened last week my connection has been good, it’s only very recently that these latency spikes have been happening again.

I don’t want to waste the Techs time but let’s see what happens
