All neighbours can have Virgin but our new house doesn't, please help??

Hi,

We're moving house and would love to go with Virgin media broadband however our new address is currently showing that services are unavailable however the same postcode for all other neighbours are able to get Virgin services.

I called however not been able to have much luck.

Would it be possible to send someone out to get our new address listed online please so we can get Virgin?
