Agreed new deal 3 days ago, still no confirmation...

I agreed a new deal for broadband and TV at 11am on Wednesday 21st August. Didn't receive any confirmation or contract the following two days, rang both days and they assured me it was an error and was on its way. Today I received a copy of my old contract but not the new one. Where is my new contract? Every agent has assured me it would be with me within a few hours, none have sent it and its been 3 days.

Nothing changed in my online account either, still only shows my previous contract details.

You should have got it by now. I changed my contract recently and my online account was soon updated. I also got email confirmation.
