Admin Password

Hi,

I am trying to logon to my router which has been freshly installed today only the admin password is showing incorrect I have made sure it has been correctly entered fully case sensitive but to no avail20221016_085342.jpg

Any help appreciated

Might not have been factory reset properly. Hold a pin into the back of the hub just under the coax cable (there should be a small pun-sized hole). Hold that in for 30 seconds which should put the hub into factory reset. From there you can enter in the settings pin again and it should work.

That has changed nothing still wont work despite numerous attempts at this 😞

Just check you have the correct one.  There are two passwords, one for the wifi and one for the Hub settings.

If the factory reset did not work, then you will need a VM technician to check and possibly swap out the Hub.

I used the right one under the ip address of router
