I wonder if there's a way to get the address database at Virgin updated so we can get connected.
We have terraced property. The properties either side are both on Virgin cable connections. At our house there is Flat A and Flat B.
On the Virgin webpage there are 2 records at our address:
Flat A, XXX - Virgin shows not available
Flat Above, XXX - Virgin shows avaialble
I have no idea how to reach the right person, but somewhere someone at Virgin could update the database to show both flats A & B and that Virgin is available for both. Can anyone help?
