I live in a building with five flats. 3/5 flats have virgin broadband because that is the only fibre optic broadband provider allowed to service my address. My flat does not have the new fibre optic cables but I have been told three times over the phone that they will call be back to schedule an appointment with the engineer.
Today I have spent over an hour on the phone with four different people- the only names I got were Ann and Michael- and I am getting the complete runaround. I am now being told it will be 18 months before I have broadband, which is ridiculous because virgin monopolizes my address and I cannot use any other service.
Someone please help me get the new cables installed to get broadband in my flat!
