Additional V6 Box Set up

Hi all,

I've had a second V6 box installed by VM and have the Maxit plan. However, it's not allowing me to watch Sky Sports on the second box and says that a subscription is required? Have run service tests and hasn't stated there are any problems and have rebooted the box a couple of times to no avail.

Sky Sports is working still on the original box downstairs, and the BT Sports is working on the new box so I'm not sure why the Sky Sports isn't showing up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

N

Re: Additional V6 Box Set up

Hi NickParkes7,

If i were you I would perform a search for missing channles first. Using your remote control

Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list

If that fails then contact the Faults team.

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.

You can also call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faultsbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

When calling Faults you will go through a series of questions/tests, if that doesn't resolve the problem then call back around 10 minutes later and an agent should pick the phone up.
