Add device to virgin router

I have a Huawei cube that I cannot get connected to the virgin router. I cannot find anywhere on the virgin app that allows me to add a new device. On the Huawei cube it says I'm connected to WiFi but the light is still orange waiting for set up

Is that Cube the 4G router one? If so I’m not sure you can connect it to the Hub as it will be connecting to the LTE 4G network.?

I don't really understand that. I'm just wanting to use the Huawei cube as an alexa speaker. 

Do you know where on the virgin app you can add a device?

No, this is not resolved. I believe my Huawei Cube is not compatible as just an Alexa speaker unfortunately. 

Tried attaching with an ethernet cable too and it still wouldn't connect the device. 

Would be to buy an echo dot or something similar.

If the cube is a 4G Router it will not work.

Just buy an Echo and return the Cube/
