The old tenants of my house have yet to cancel their contract. I’ve been told numerous times by virgin media staff that this would be sorted, I have also been promised to be phoned back. This has never happened. I am starting to believe another provider will be better because I am not getting the help I need. I just need to know what I can do and I will do it, but I’m given limited information or operators hang up on me.
