I did a self install on Friday, all was working fine until Monday afternoon
Now I get intermittent connection, if I send a constant ping to www.google.com I get about 30% dropped packets, also when doing speed test upload speed is 0.
when checking the service status page on my virgin account it says 'Service to your home has been suspended. Please get in touch with us to talk about this. '
Every time I speak to anyone on the phone they tell me different things, but say they see no issue with my account
VM staff will pick up your post, but for for a few days yet.

Yes all OK now, apparently there was an issue in my area, although I could find no reference to this and all of the people I spoke to (several different) did not seem to know about this
