Hi, we have been with Vergin Media for over a week now and we have been unable to successfully register our account so we can check our bill and such like.
Every day we have typed our last name, account number, selected our area number and click to say we're not a robot. But it seems we can NOT get any further than this page.
Why won't the system let us register?
I hope this issue will be sorted out soon, as we are NOT very happy customers at the moment.
If you've been unable to register after trying again 24 hours after the first failure to register we would need to raise this to our team to look further into.
To do this we would just need to pass some security so I'll pop you over a private message with these questions for you so we can get that raised for you.
