Account number

  • No Order hasn’t arrived for self install broadband. WhatsApp conversation with agent resulted in not being able to be helped as I have no account number. Given wrong phone number for pre-installation team. Can’t find info to track deliver as when I try to get through on phone I need an account number- which I don’t have yet. Can someone please look into this.
