I written in the Virgin to change the name on our account from my wife to my name. Now I have no services for the past 24 hours and cannot get any help . Waited on the phone for two hours then got cut off. What do I do?

I'm not able to locate your account however when changing the responsibility of the account, there can be a period of no service for upto 24 hours.
Please let me know if there are still any issues.
