Moved homes recently and had my subscription transferred. I signed a new agreement and was given an account number which shows on my online account & also billing. However, whenever I call Virgin Media customer services, they tell me the account number is for someone else & they can’t discuss with me. I’m having daily problems with my wifi, I can’t get help over the phone because I have another person’s account number, they won’t direct my calls & am supposed to pay a bill under this reference number.
Someone know who I can call at Virgin Media to assist? The customer service department (wherever they’re in the world) is unhelpful. I need to talk to someone in the UK.
